The Liaison Group is delighted to have been shortlisted for the “Best Return on Customer Service Investment” award at the 2020 UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, hosted by The Institute of Customer Service.
The awards, which recognise organisations that have implemented successful customer strategies, are judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics.
The winners will be announced at the awards evening on Tuesday 3rd March 2020 at Hilton on Park Lane, in London. We are looking forward to attending to hear the outcome and congratulate all of the winners on the night.
