Liaison Group launches regional collaborative platforms across the UK

The publication of the 2020/21 NHS People Plan highlighted the need for increased collaboration and system working across the NHS, and at Liaison Group, we recognised that trusts and health boards could move towards the Plan’s aims with the help of our solutions and expertise.

By developing a holistic approach to digitising the People Plan, our experts identified that they could enable better adoption of the Plan across the NHS through individual interoperable technology modules already in place within Liaison Workforce, and brought them together to form the mii platform.

Introducing mii…

The mii platform aims to aid regional collaborative aspirations by providing a ready-to-go regional platform for ten regions across the UK. The platform is supported by our experts and people analytics, and facilitates workforce optimisation, managing the flexible workforce, and retention and wellbeing. With mii, NHS organisations are in control of using the platform to deliver continuous workforce improvements.
