Who we’ve worked with

What Our Partners Say

“It’s the professional approach, excellent team, and savings achieved that have been made for our Trust that sees us returning to Liaison Financial each year. I would recommend the Liaison Financial AP service to other NHS Trusts looking for savings, reassurance and reconciliation.”

Tina Dunne

Charitable Funds/Payables Manager, Worcestershire Acute NHS Trust

“The work conducted by the team has helped us to understand our processes better, provided an opportunity to develop these and provide additional assurance around payments. Liaison’s team have always been very approachable and flexible to our requirements especially with the pressures of the pandemic felt across the CCG. We found Liaison to be a useful partner for the CCG.”

Senior CHC Commissioning Manager – NHS Buckinghamshire CCG

“Our spend had risen substantially in recent months, and the use of multiple providers for telecoms services had left our contracts ready for review. Technology and devices for communication have never been so important as during the pandemic, which moved staff away from desks and fixed phones.

Liaison Financial’s review allowed us to identify what we actually used and what we needed, in order to identify opportunities to make significant savings and gain better control of our telecoms services.”

Finance Director – East Midlands Trust

“It’s the professional approach, excellent team, and savings achieved that have been made for our Trust that sees us returning to Liaison Financial each year. I would recommend the Liaison Financial AP service to other NHS Trusts looking for savings, reassurance and reconciliation.”

Tina Dunne

Charitable Funds/Payables Manager, Worcestershire Acute NHS Trust

“Liaison Financial have been delivering our AP reviews for over 10 years, with their bespoke approach adapting to suit our needs. Our most recent review was undertaken at a challenging time for us and was imperative it could be done without impacting business critical activities. Liaison assured us they could deliver the reviews remotely. Setting up access was simple and significantly reduced the level of resource required from the Trust.”

The key deliverables and the manner in which the review was completed was comparable to prior years. In a nutshell, remote access to the finance system has made the whole process so much easier.

Accounts Payable Manager

East Midlands Trust

“The reviews weren’t without their challenges, but the way Liaison handled themselves was excellent. The correspondence, especially from the recovery team, was very professional.”

Lynne Walton

Deputy Chief Finance Officer, NHS South Tees CCG and NHS Hartlepool and Stockton on Tees CCG

James Limehouse

Senior CHC Commissioning Manager, NHS Buckinghamshire CCG

“I would recommend the Liaison Financial AP review to other trusts both for the savings and the independent assurance. Completing the Liaison Financial AP review has definitely increased my confidence in our internal processes.”

Head of Financial Accounting

The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

“We have found Liaison very easy to work with and proactive in achieving substantial savings for the CCG. Liaison have worked sympathetically with providers to ensure that valuable working relationships with the CCG are not damaged whilst ensuring that any overpayments that have been made are recovered in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to work with Liaison again in future should the need arise.”

NHS Staff
