Our (NHS) Continuing Healthcare Services
We partner with continuing healthcare and social care teams to deliver independent, standardised, improved pathways, and reduce backlogs to focus on recovery at pace.
For the past 30 years, Liaison Group has been helping the NHS make significant cost savings through the various services and products they offer. Encouraged by our successes in VAT and Accounts Payable services, which save the NHS over £100m per annum, we have continued to expand our range of services.
These include services which have been designed to identify errors and over-charging, as well as managing the recovery of over-payments to suppliers. As a result, we have already identified over £40m in over-payments for our NHS customers.
In our Care division, we are currently working with over 60% of the CCGs in England and have developed services to help them manage their rising CHC costs, through a combination of case management and assurance support.
Adult Social Care
As we continue to support NHS bodies and the wider Integrated Care Systems, we recognise the importance of strengthening our support offer to Adult Social Care as pivotal partners to successful system change.
CHC Framework
NHS Continuing Healthcare means a package of ongoing care that is arranged and funded solely by the NHS where the individual has been found to have a ‘primary health need’ as set out in the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS-funded Nursing Care.
Blended Services
Recommendations from Joint Funding reviews, considering eligibility for the continuation of a joint funded arrangement or consideration of NHS CHC eligibility via the Decision Support Tool being undertaken by a multidisciplinary team.
