Liaison Workforce, a leader in delivering workforce programmes to the NHS, has appointed two new business development managers to assist the business with its growing number of transformation partner programmes with NHS organisations in the UK.
Mike Sealy joins Liaison Workforce from Allocate with more than 13 years of working directly with the NHS as a technology consultant – focused on core workforce aspects ranging from consultant and SAS job planning, compliant junior doctor rota building, medical appraisals 360-degree multi-source feedback, revalidation, medical rostering and temporary staff management. He will act as Liaison Workforce’s Business Development Manager across the London and South-Central region.

John Mitchell joins Liaison Workforce as Business Development Manager in the North West after a long career in healthcare and the NHS including more recently ResMed, focussing on the development of the complex working environments of NHS organisations. John will be driving greater awareness of Liaison Workforce’s knowledge and experience of partnering with the NHS in his region.
